It all began with a concerned mother’s quest to help her daughter, who was struggling with tummy aches. Feeling the weight of her discomfort, I embarked on a journey to find a solution. After eliminating white flour from her diet, I started experimenting with spelt flour. Coming from a family of passionate cooks and chefs, I was confident in my baking skills. Before long, I was busy baking spelt flour rolls and challahs, and word quickly spread. Friends and family tasted the bread and couldn’t get enough.

 

As demand grew, I switched to simpler loaves and upgraded my kitchen with a commercial slicer to keep up. The experimentation continued, with a focus on different flours to perfect our offerings.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Fast forward to today, and we’re baking hundreds of loaves of fresh bread every day in our spacious kitchen. Our most popular loaf? The whole wheat bread – not just for its health benefits, but for its delicious, satisfying taste.

 
 
 
 
 

P.S. As for my daughter’s tummy aches, they didn’t disappear until I discovered she’s lactose intolerant. But I’m happy to say, our bread was always a hit!
